There are two ways that you can request US Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) information: 1) On the MerckOrders.com Homepage, click on "DSCSA T3 Data" under DSCSA Resources section or 2) on the Order Details page, under the Orders section, click on "DSCSA T3 Data."
Direct-purchasing customers will continue to receive DSCSA information via the shipment confirmation email.
Indirect, or drop ship customers can request DSCSA information by clicking the "DSCSA T3 Data" link on the MerckOrders.com homepage. The DSCSA information will be sent to you via email after filling out the required fields.
Those customers already receiving an advanced shipping notice (ASN) will continue receiving DSCSA shipment information as part of the ASN file.
On the MerckOrders.com Homepage, click on "DSCSA T3 Data" under DSCSA Resources section. You will need to provide a delivery number, purchase order number, shipping date, and your email address in the pop-up window.
This information is listed on the packing slip that came with your delivery.
Or you can go to the "Payments" section of MerckOrders.com and open the original invoice for the specified order.
After you enter the correct information, Merck will email you a DSCSA-compliant shipping confirmation for your order. Search your email system using the lot number to quickly locate Merck's response.
